was formed. Yes! This program can truly be done at home. All you need is a pair of dumbbells, and a small space. A bench/box, resistance band and booty band are optional but not needed to complete the workouts as modifications will be provided for those.
What equipment do I need?
At least 1 pair of dumbbells (I do recommend a "light" pair, and a "medium/heavy" pair, but one is totally fine). Most people start off with 5 lb dumbbells and work up from there.
Is this app available on an Android device?
Yes! The app is available for both iPhone and Android users. Once you sign up for the program, the link to access the program and download the app will be provided to you.
Yes! This app and program can be done worldwide as long as you have a card that will process USD payments.
How do I access the online workouts?
To access the Members Only Pages, you must be log in with the account you joined with. Your unique login code will be sent to your email. If you do not see the email after signing up, please check your spam! Once you log in, click the "WORKOUTS" tab or "DOWNLOAD YOUR APP" which will allow you to access the workouts through the app.
How does this program work?
Once you join, watch the Welcome Video posted under the "Getting Started" tab that explains how everything in the group works!
The daily workouts are posted on Sundays for the week, so you’ll have full access the day your workout should be completed. If you can’t do the workout for the day it’s posted, no worries! You’ll have access to the workouts for two weeks (and longer if you download the app!)
Each day of the week focuses on a different muscle group. The workouts are functional training style with deep core focus & are approximately 25-30 minutes long.
Can I do these workouts as a beginner (or coming back to lifting weights after some time off)?
Yes! You can definitely do these workouts! If you're just beginning your workout journey or coming back after some time off, I would recommend that you start with the JumpStart program within the app.
Yes! If you cannot commit to all 5 workouts, I would suggest prioritizing the following:
• 3 workouts per week: Full Body, Lower Body, Upper Body
• 4 workouts per week: Full Body, Lower Body, Upper Body, Shoulders & Core
Is there a community group provided in this app?
If you are an active member, you gain access to the private community support group chat within the app, plus our Facebook accountability group where you'll be able to connect with thousands of other like-minded people doing the same workouts as you!
